pork roast cut into steaks
chinese five spice powder
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Slice roast into 4 steaks.
Season both sides of steaks with 5 spice, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper.
Place in pan and brown on both sides. about 3 min each side.
Add the pears and water then turn heat down to medium cover and cook until the liquid has disapeared. About 20 min.
Serve with rice or fried potatoes.
