Panko crusted Pork Cube Steak

This is a wonderful alternative to pork chops!


**pork cube steak
**panko bread crumbs
**olive oil
**mrs. dash original blend or your favorite seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Rub both sides of pork cube steaks with olive oil and coat with panko bread crumbs. In a non stick skillet drizzle a little olive oil in and over med heat lightly brown each side of pork steak.
Remove and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375° for about 25-30 min.

Thanks Dawn! I did try them and they turned out great! I just added some seasoning salt to the crumbs and then continued as stated. My hubby really liked them and asked for seconds, but I didn't have any more to give. :( Thanks again. This one is a keeper for me!

Sheree I do a similar recipe with beef cube steaks and it is great...And very simple. Good luck and hope you like them!

Has anyone tried these with beef cube steaks? I have them thawing out at the moment and was thinking about trying this recipe with them. Please comment asap, lol

I love to do the pan/oven thing. I do regular pork chops like that too, they came out so tender. And I love panko too, even use it in my onion ring batter. Melt in your mouth Pork Chops
