Rub both sides of pork cube steaks with olive oil and coat with panko bread crumbs. In a non stick skillet drizzle a little olive oil in and over med heat lightly brown each side of pork steak.

Remove and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375° for about 25-30 min.

I love cooking those pork steaks that are chopped Lynn now so gravy lol no I can't push it. Looks very good thank you for sharing your way of making your chops.

gravy is in my near future, lol, but had to have my green beans and carrots first. These are so good and moist, didn't even need gravy, however gravy would have been wonderful!!!
