3 lbbone-in country style pork ribs

1 cketchup

3/4 cwater

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

1/4 cgrape jelly

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

2 tspcayenne pepper

2 tspsalt
How To Make pan seared oven baked ribs

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2In a large bowl combine ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, jelly, cayenne, pepper, and salt.

3Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.

4Add ribs and sear until browned. This may have to be done in several batches.

5Place ribs in a single layer in a large casserole dish.

6Baste the ribs down real good and cook for 35 minutes.
