bone-in country style pork ribs
apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl combine ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, jelly, cayenne, pepper, and salt.
Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ribs and sear until browned. This may have to be done in several batches.
Place ribs in a single layer in a large casserole dish.
Baste the ribs down real good and cook for 35 minutes.
