Orange Sesame Ribs (TNT)
- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless pork country style ribs
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 jar orange marmalade (10 oz)
- 1 jar hoisin sauce (7.25 oz
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. toasted sesame oil
- hot cooked rice (optional)
skillet over medium heat. In hot skillet, cook ribs until brown. Drain off
together marmalade, hoisin sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Pour over ribs in
cooker; stir to coat meat with sauce. Cover and cook on low heat setting for
8 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
serving platter. Skim fat from sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the meat.
Pass remaining sauce. If desired, serve with hot rice. Serves 4
