Ingredients For orange pork & sweet potatoes

2 1/2 c

diced, cooked pork
4 c

diced, cooked sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp

sugar or honey
2 c

orange juice
2 Tbsp

cornstarch

How To Make orange pork & sweet potatoes

Dice pork and cook in 2 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil till browned.

Peel and cube sweet potatoes & boil in pot of water till tender but not mushy.

Mix sugar & cornstarch with orange juice.

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
