Ingredients For orange-pineapple ham

6-8 lbfully cooked bone-in ham

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspfrenchs mustard

2 Tbspcream horseradish
-
12 ozpineapple ice cream topping

1/8 tspground allspice
-
1/2 tspground cinnamon
-
1/8 tspground ginger
-
1/8 tspground cloves
-
1/8 tspground nutmeg
-
3/4 corange marmalade
-
1/4 corange blossom honey
How To Make orange-pineapple ham

1Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.

2In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

3Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
