Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
