Ingredients

1 medium
onion, sliced

pork chops
2-3 Tbsp
oil

potatoes, peeled and quartered

carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
2 can(s)
tomato soup
1 c
water
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

IN A VERY LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK ONION AND PORK CHOPS IN OIL UNTIL BROWNED.
DRAIN; ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO SKILLET.

MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO SKILLET.
COVER; REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR, UNTIL PORK CHOPS ARE TENDER.

THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH FRESH SPINACH (OUR FAVORITE), OR A TOSSED SALAD, AND YOU HAVE A COMPLETE, HEALTHY MEAL!
