Nana Ann's veggie & ham casserole

My step-grandmother used to make this when I was a child & I absolutely loved it.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
green beans
1 can(s)
hominy
1 small
onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 lb
ham
8 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 pkg
Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp
butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer green beans, hominy, chopped onion,& ham.

Mix together sour cream & cream of celery soup. Spread on top of of casserole.

Crush Ritz crackers & sprinkle on top.

Place squares of butter on top of crushed Ritz crackers.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees until gold & bubbly on top.
