Melt in your mouth pork chops

- pork chops, boneless
- 2 large can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg
- baby carrots ( or more if you like)
- 6-8 large
- potatoes (peeled and cut up)
1Place pork chops and cream of mushroom soup in crock-pot at low setting overnight. ( Not the keep warm setting)
Peel and cut up potatoes, put them in the fridge in water. This way they are ready to add to the pork chops.
When you get up in the morning add the potatoes and carrots to the crock-pot.
Check potatoes and carrots 2 hours before serving time to see if they are done. If they are not done, turn heat to high til they are.
Serve with soup as a gravy and enjoy!!!
You could also make this using chicken or steak and you can also use different vegetables!! And you can add any seasonings you like to add that extra flavor!! (I like to add onions and garlic!)
