My family loves my pork chops and it is so easy to fix it. It does taste like grilled. It is so delicious and tasty.

Ingredients For lisa's baked glazed barbecue pork chops

  • 8 to 10
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce

How To Make lisa's baked glazed barbecue pork chops

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Season on pork chops. Put butter in a small microwaveable bowl and put in the microwave for 20 seconds. Put melted butter on baking sheet and put the pork chops on top of melted butter. Cook for 15 minutes and turn the pork chops over and put barbecue sauce on both sides of pork chops and cook another 15 minutes or until no longer pink.
