lean center cut pork chops, about 1/2"-thick
plain bread crumbs
1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a bowl, beat egg white w/ milk. Place chops in milk mix, turning once.
2In shallow bowl mix together cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, spices and salt. Remove chops from milk. Coat thoroughly w/ crumb mix. Place chops in pan. Bake 20 mins. Turn chops over and bake additional 15 mins.
