- pork ribs
- 3 Tbsp
- pickling spice
- bottle of barbecue sauce of any kind
1Cook ribs and pickle spices for 3 hours on simmer, with enough water to cover.
2Drain and remove all the spice. Place in large plastic bag with a bottle of your fave barbecue sauce. Next day fire up the grill and warm the ribs-delicious and so tender!
