Kimi's StoryI have been making these forever...Not sure where I got the recipe, but they come out so moist and tender with lots of flavor. Don't let the mayo throw you off...they will be a hit at dinner.
lean pork chops with bone (about 1-inch thick)
plain bread crumbs
montreal seasoning or your favorite all purpose seasoning
ground black pepper to taste
1COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, SEASONING; MIX TOGETHER IN A SHALLOW DISH. IN ANOTHER SMALL BOWL THE MAYO.
2SPREAD 1/2 TBSP OF MAYO ON EACH SIDE AND DREDGE IN BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE PORK CHOPS ON A BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350F FOR 45-60 MINUTES.
