montreal seasoning or your favorite all purpose seasoning
ground black pepper to taste
4 Tbsp mayo

I have been making these forever...Not sure where I got the recipe, but they come out so moist and tender with lots of flavor. Don't let the mayo throw you off...they will be a hit at dinner.

COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, SEASONING; MIX TOGETHER IN A SHALLOW DISH. IN ANOTHER SMALL BOWL THE MAYO.

SPREAD 1/2 TBSP OF MAYO ON EACH SIDE AND DREDGE IN BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE PORK CHOPS ON A BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350F FOR 45-60 MINUTES.

ok kimi do you have cameras in my house? i just took pork chops out of the freezer and put em in the frig for dinner tomorrow! now i know how i am making them!! these look delish!!!

btw montreal is my fav seasoning ever, i have a recipe on here for a roast that it is the only seasoning i used and the roast was amazing!!!! love love love it
