1 1/2 c flour
2 1/8 leftover crushed chips
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Don't know what to do with the crushed chips? Here is a great solution. Very easy and fast to make. Anyone can do this,even a child. So delicious and everyone loves it.

 

Directions

Dip filets in flour, coat both sides.

Dip floured filets in egg.

Dip filets in crushed chips, can be regular or barbecued. Fry until golden brown.
