These meatballs take a bath in kicken sweet sauce, alfredo over spinach noodles or they stand alone. But the name says it all.

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
lean ground beef
2 1/2 lb
bulk pork sausage
1&1/2 c
whole milk
1&1/2 c
beef broth
4 medium
eggs
4 Tbsp
oregano
3 tsp
garlic, minced
3 Tbsp
accent*
2 Tbsp
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp
dried basil
2 tsp
fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 c
finely minced onion
1 1/2 c
panko

Directions Step-By-Step

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well but gently so meatballs don't come out tough. Roll to fit the palm of your hand. Place on unsprayed cookie sheet. 1 inch apart. Preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven addf to your favborite sauce enjoy!!
