I found this recipe while i was cleaning out a box and i found some recipes my mom have gave me they all are good.

Ingredients For just peachy pork tenderloin

  • 1 lb
    pork tenderloin, cut into 12 pieces
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 4 md
    peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    peach preserves

How To Make just peachy pork tenderloin

    Flatten each tenderloin slice to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook pork in oil until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.

    Add peaches and lemon juice, stirring to loosen brown bits, cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until peaches are tender. Stir in pork and preserves heat through.
