Italian Sausage with Sweet Peppers

- pack of italian sausages
- 1 bag(s)
- sweet peppers
- 1 c
- chicken broth
1Heat oil. Brown sausage and drain grease.
2Add sliced peppers, onions and broth to skillet cover and cook until the peppers and onions are soft and sausage is cooked through.
3Remove lid and cook until broth has evaporated.
