I love making Italian inspired dishes. This meatloaf is more like a giant meatball and would do well with a pasta dish at it's side.

Ingredients For italian meatloaf

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    lean mild italian sausage
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned or plain
  • 1 Tbsp
    mrs. dash or likeness
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    paprika

How To Make italian meatloaf

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350, work the eggs and breadcrumbs into the meat, then add the seasonings to taste (my measurements are just a guide). Form what will look like an oblong 2 lb meatball. Set it into a 13x9 baking pan (I use Pyrex) and slide it into the oven for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is cooked through.
