Stormy's Notes:

Made the mistake of making 5 lbs of pulled port with just 2 people here so it was leftover city. Tonights variation was a cross between a sandwitch and a pizza. So yummy.

Directions

1
In a 9 inch greased pie plate, place your pork mixed with BBQ sauce.
2
Add the onions and sliced peppers
3
Top with cheddar cheese
4
beat the contents of the pie mix together until smooth
5
Pour over the contents of the pie pan. Place in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done and browned nicely
6
cut into 6 and serve

sounds good to me Stormy. I make that mistake all the time, cooking for an army when there's only 3 of us. My co-workers like it though :)

Stormy,
Sounds and looks delish! Will have to try it out sometime. Yum! Love your step by step pics too and your beautiful wolve plates. My Uncle had his house all decorated in wolves and I would always look for things I could buy him with wolves on it. Kim

they were from the wildlife federation gift book. It matches my furniture, all logs. My bed is engraved with wolves. It fits me.

We have a Pork Butt on the smoker now. I am saving this one. Will need an idea for this when it's done. There's only 3 of us and too much meat on the smoker now.
