My husband and I tried experimenting meatloaf that will have big bold, hearty, flavors. My husband loved it so much that I named it Husband's Meatloaf. I hope you will give this a try for your husbands or men in your life!

Ingredients For husband's meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
2 lbground pork
-
1 lggreen bell pepper
-
1 lgonion
-
4 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 citalian bread crumbs
-
2 clovegarlic chopped into pieces
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
3 Tbspmixed herbs, dried

3 Tbspparsley flakes
-
3 Tbspred pepper flakes
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
3 Tbsppaprika
-
2 Tbspsea salt
-
1 bottleketchup
How To Make husband's meatloaf

1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
-
2spray or butter 2 loaf pans or if you don't have loaf pans, foil a baking sheet pan and oil that with olive oil or butter -then set aside

3chop your onions, bell peppers, and garlic into pieces and then add into your bowl

4In a big mixing bowl, add in ground beef and pork together

5crack in 4 large eggs

6Add in all the seasonings and ketchup one by one

7with clean hands, mix thoroughly with your hands or you can use a mixer at medium to low speed. You will want to mix for about 2-4 minutes. (to make sure all the seasonings are evenly distributed)

8Now you are ready to fill the loaf pans or your sheet pan. (make sure that your meat are evenly distributed in each loaf pan or sheet pan.) shape into a loaf style, and drizzle ketchup all over the top of the meatloaf.

9Put it into the preheated oven and it will cook for about an hour. Keep a close eye on it every 20 minutes or so.

10After it is done baking, you are now ready to serve hot with a side of corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes and garlic bread! (these are just options)
