Ingredients For hot sauage with potatoes and tomatoes.

  • 1 lb
    hot sausage, cut into 2 inch links
  • 1 lg
    onion, cut into 1/2 inch rings
  • 2
    green bell peppers, cut into rings
  • 3 tsp
    crushed garlic (i use more)
  • 1 - 2 c
    chopped tomatoes
  • salt and pepper, to your taste
  • 1 lb
    small red potatoes, cut in half and pre-boiled
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth

How To Make hot sauage with potatoes and tomatoes.

    Brown sausage links with onion and green pepper rings. Add garlic, tomatoes and par-boiled potatoes.

    Add chicken broth, using amount you want for the moisture you desire.

    Simmer, covered until all ingredients are cooked through.
