I made this dish the other night and I feel in love. The flavor of the glaze is beyond words, a taste that reaches out and kisses you right on the lips. The meat was tender juicey and ohh so tasty. So much so that hubby didn't get leftovers the next day(I ate the extra chop while I did the dishes hehehe)The apples are a perfect match with this dish, apples always go with pork and the ginger apricot glaze makes a kick it up a notch spiced apples.
