This is a great recipe from Pillsbury.
Decorate your brunch buffet with a fabulous egg casserole.;decked with red and green bell peppers and a tender no-fuss crust. So easy and oh so delicious! Lip smackin'-finger lickin' good!!!

roll bulk sausage or i use roll of jimmy dean sausage
1/3 c
chopped onion
1/3 c
chopped green bell pepper
1//3 c
chopped red bell pepper
10 large
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz
can pillsbury grands flaky layers refrigerated original biscuits

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 375^. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan or a 3 qt. glass baking dish.
In a 10-inch skillet, brown sausage, onion and pepper ; drain well.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
Press biscuits into bottom of baking dish. Pour sausage mixture over biscuit crust.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Delicious.
