- lean bonless pork-cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 c
- dry lentils--rinsed and drained
- cooking apples-peeled, cored, chopped
- 1 tsp
- dried marjoram, crushed
- 3 1/2 c
- beef broth
1Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork over med heat until brown. Drain.
2Place pork in 4 quart slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients and stir to mix.
3Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high setting 3 to 4 hours.
