Husband really liked this one. If you want a seared look, you can do a quick sear after it has finished cooking in the oven. I used a very lean tenderloin

Ingredients

1-2 lb
pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
rosemary, dried
1 pinch
sea salt
1 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 c
wine, muscato

Step-By-Step

1pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2take all dry ingredients and rub into tenderloin, place in baking dish.
drizzle olive oil and wine over tenderloin
3bake for 40 minutes.
