Husband really liked this one. If you want a seared look, you can do a quick sear after it has finished cooking in the oven. I used a very lean tenderloin

Ingredients For healthy pork tenderloin

  • 1-2 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 c
    wine, muscato

How To Make healthy pork tenderloin

    pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

    take all dry ingredients and rub into tenderloin, place in baking dish. drizzle olive oil and wine over tenderloin

    bake for 40 minutes.
