I always have a pork chop or chicken recipe that everyone loves. This is quick & easy. So easy even my friend who can't cook can do it.

Ingredients For hawaiian pork chop

  • 2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    pork chops, bone-in
  • 1
    red & yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 2 can
    fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    catalina dressing
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 c
    instant white rice, uncooked

How To Make hawaiian pork chop

    In a large nonstick frying pan heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops & cook for about 5 mins on each side or until browned on each side.

    Next add in the remaining ingredients all except the rice & mix well. Bring to a boil.

    Then stir in the rice, cover pan & cook over medium-low heat for abotu 5 mins or until chops are done (160F). Then remove from the heat & let stand for 5 mins.

    Special Tip: You may substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves. Just brown on each side for about 5 to 6 mins.
