Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet. Saute asparagus & carrots for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms & zucchini; saute until crisp-tender. Stir in ham,peas,onions,basil, salt, pepper & nutmeg. Add cream. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 minutes. Drain pasta, place in a large bowl. Add veggies & 1/2 cup chesse; toss to combine. Serve with remaining cheese.
