This super easy casserole is creamy and flavorful. It's a great way to use up your holiday leftovers. Pure comfort food to warm ya up on a cold evening.

Ingredients

1/2 c
onions; chopped
1/2 c
celery; chopped
1/4 c
margarine or butter
1/4 c
flour
1 1/2 c
chicken broth or boullion
1/2 c
cream or milk
2 c
ham; diced
2 c
turkey; diced
3 oz
can mushrooms pieces; drained
1 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp
Accent seasoning
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper
1 can(s)
mixed vegetables; drained; 14 oz.
1 can(s)
biscuits

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook onion and celery in butter; blend in flour.

Stir in broth and cream; cook to a boil.

Stir in the meat, canned vegetables, mushrooms and seasonings.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Top hot mixture with the biscuits.

Bake @ 350 deg until the biscuits are baked.
