Ham and Hashbrown Casserole
add first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan. Slowly add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Stir until thick. Add remaining 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Add sour cream.
Combine with potatoes and ham and put in pan sprayed with butter spray.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
