CASSEROLE

1/2 lb
ham, sliced and cut into little pieces

tops of radishes
1/2 lb
green beans, fresh, ends trimmed and cut into 1in pieces
2 Tbsp
garlic, chopped
1
yellow onion, sliced
1
shallot, minced
1/2 stick
butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp
flour
2 Tbsp
red wine
4 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
3/4 c
gorgonzola cheese, inside casserole

TOPPING

1/4 c
gorgonzola cheese, sprinkle atop
1/2 c
panko
pinch
seasoned salt

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet melt butter, add olive oil and flour.

Then add the ham, greens, beans, garlic, shallot, onion, and if necessary add a few tbsp of water.

Cook on medium to low for 30 minutes until veggies are soft but still a little crisp. Stir frequently.

Then add, wine and worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Stir in gorgonzola and immediately dump into a greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle your toppings atop.

Place in oven at 350F until the panko is golden brown.
