inch thick pork chops
onions, sliced thin
salt and white pepper, to taste
Dip pork chops in flour and saute until brown. Mix potatoes and onion slices together.
Place half on the bottom of a baking pan, lay pork chops over them and then another layer of potatoes and onions.
Season with salt and white pepper. Add broth to level with the ingredients. Cover pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
