Golden Nugget's Baked Pork Champvallon

- inch thick pork chops
- 2 lb
- potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 lb
- onions, sliced thin
- salt and white pepper, to taste
- chicken or beef broth
1Dip pork chops in flour and saute until brown. Mix potatoes and onion slices together.
2Place half on the bottom of a baking pan, lay pork chops over them and then another layer of potatoes and onions.
3Season with salt and white pepper. Add broth to level with the ingredients. Cover pan and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
