Jeannie's StoryMy husband and I have been eating less refined carbs the last few months and I have had a non-extinguishable craving for pizza. Since my favorite pizza toppings are simply sausage and mushrooms, I decided to come up with a recipe that combined those flavors and resembled pizza without the crust...the result? YUMMEH!!!
fresh portabello mushroom caps, gills and stems removed
bulk italian sausage, browned and drained
pizza sauce (canned or home made)
shredded parmesan cheese
olive oil spray
