Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

beef smoked sausage cut up ( or sausage of your choice)

potatoes peeled and cut in chunks
1-2
onions peeled and cut up

carrots peeled and cut up

sweet peppers cut up
1 sprig(s)
sprig of rosemary
1 tsp
teaspoon basil

bay leaves
1 tsp
teaspoon minced garlic
2 stick
sticks of celery cut up
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce

small can of mushrooms drained
1
package of dry onion soup mix
2-2 1/2 c
cups of beef broth
1/2 c
diced tomatoes
JUST A pinch
of ground cayenne pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

PUT CUT UP POTAOES, ONIONS, CARROTS, SWEET PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, DICED TOMATOES, CELERY INTO BOTTOM OF DRY CROCK POT

LAYER CUT UP SAUSAGE CHUNKS OVER THE VEGETABLES

MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND THEN POUR OVER TOP OF SAUSAGE AND VEGETABLES.
TURN CROCKPOT ON LOW FOR 6 HOURS AND THEN SERVE WHEN DONE.
