Fried Cabbage with Bacon

- head of cabbage, cleaned and cored
- 10 slice
- 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp
- black pepper
1Clean, core and slice cabbage into medium size pieces
2Place bacon into large frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes.
3Immediately stir in the cabbage, continue to cook and stir another 10 minutes.Season with pepper and garlic powder.*Add salt if desired* Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes more.
