Sometimes there is nothing better than a fried bologna sammich! I did a lil' Italian twist on it. Try this one, you will like it. sw:)

Ingredients

4-6 slice
bologna
4-6 slice
sharp provolone cheese, thinly sliced
1 large
tomato, thinly sliced
1 oz
arugula
1 small
red onion, thinly sliced
4-6 slice
butter bread
2-3 Tbsp
olive oil mayo
2 tsp
sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp
evoo
1 tsp
italian seasoning
mesquite seasoning salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1in a heated large skillet, add oil and fry onions until soft. Remove from pan
2in the same skillet, add bologna, sprinkle with italian seasoning fry until golden brown, flipping once. Remove from pan
3add cheese and allow to melt
4mix mayo and sriracha in a small bowl
5toast bread on both sides in same skillet. build your sammich: spread mayo on bread,add arugula, tomato sprinkle with seasoning salt, add bologna,
