- 5 pound pork butt roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 oz
- beef broth
- 1/4 c
- brewed coffee
1Rub roast with salt and pepper and place in a crock pot; pour broth and coffee over meat.
2Turn the crockpot to low and cover.
3Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the roast is fork tender.
4Carefully remove the roast to a cutting board. Pull the meat off the bone with a fork.
5You may also chop it with a cleaver afterwards, if you like if finely cut.
