Ingredients

1 Tbsp
canola oil
4
bone-in pork chops
1 can(s)
reduced-fat, condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c
apple juice
2 Tbsp
spicy mustard
1 Tbsp
honey
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.

2Stir in the soup, apple juice, mustard, honey, and salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Cover, reduce heat. Cook until pork is cooked through.
