cream of mushroom soup
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Spray or grease a large baking pan. Add pork chops to pan.
Peel and slice 6 medium potatoes. Cover pork chops with sliced potatoes. Slice oninon- put on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper to your taste.
Mix 1/2 c. water with can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over all. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake approximately 1 hr at 375 degrees.
