Directions
Remove any excess fat from pork ribs, then brown ribs lightly in olive oil. Set aside on plate.Place carrots and potatoes in microwave-safe dish, add water to cover, microwave for about 4 minutes on high. Drain off water.Make a layer of onions, potato slices (these can also be placed around the inside of the crockpot) and carrots, place a pork rib on top. Sprinkle some of the garlic and spices on meat, then repeat process until crockpot is filled. Pour apple cider vinegar over everything, put the lid on, fire up the crockpot, and simmer everything on low for at least 8 hours. If you like, sprinkle a little brown sugar in there, too. This is the sort of recipe that lends itself to being inventive. Enjoy.

I am not up on all the technology either. My son was the guru around here and the reason I have a computer. Now, I have to hope I can figure things out or find someone else to help. He is really missed in so many ways!
Speaking of digital camera.. he has one that is still in his room. I guess I need to learn to use it. HaHa... I just recently began using a cell phone... mostly for safety reasons. However, it was my son, Jeremy's phone. So, using it is interesting.
Gotta keep trying.
