I decided this Easter I was going to try a different topping for my ham. Boy am I glad I did and so was my family. It was so juicy and flavorful. I hope you try it sometime. Delicious!!!

Ingredients

17 - 18 lb
semi boneless smoked ham
1/4 c
yellow mustard
6 - 7 oz
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
whole grain mustard

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1In a large roaster line with foil, making sure you leave plenty of overhang to cover the ham. I crisscrossed two pieces.

In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, whole grain mustard and mustard.

Place your ham in the line roaster and slather the top and sides with the mustard mix.

2Cover ham with foil that you left overhang the pan.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 4 1/2 hours.

Remove from oven and leave set for 30 minutes before cutting.
