regular root beer (not diet)

your favorite bbq sauce

ALMOST COVER WITH ROOT BEER AND PUT COVER ON SLOW COOKER AND COOK FOR 6 HOURS ON LOW ...TURN ROAST ABOUT 2X DURING COOKING TIME. (if using a loin of pork cut cookn time down by 2 hours or it will come out dry)

WHEN MEAT PULLS APART EASILY WITH FORK...DRAIN OFF ROOTBEER N DRIPPINGS (LEAVE ABOUT HALF CUP N MIX INTO MEAT FOR MOISTURE) AND ADD1/2 BOTTLE OF BBQ SAUCE THEN ADD MORE IF DESIRED....N ENJOY ON ROLLS WITH COLESLAW OR ALL BY ITSELF!
