4 clove
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
kosher salt and black pepper

racks baby back ribs, about 3 pounds

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients except ribs. Rub the spice mixture on the ribs and let set for 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat grill to medium. Grill the ribs, covered, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 25-30 minutes. Makes 4 serving.
