A recipe i found on youtube from themakeupvirgin I changed it up just a little bit.

Ingredients For dirty rice

  • 1 c
    rice
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 pkg
    ramon season
  • 4-6
    italan sausages
  • 1/2 pkg
    polish sausage
  • 1 c
    celery
  • 1 c
    onions
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    cajun seasoning

How To Make dirty rice

  • 1
    Boil rice and ramon season in chicken broth
  • 2
    Cut up polish sausage and stir fry in seperate frying pan with a little olive oil set aside when done.

    Take skin of italian sausages and stir fry with onions and celery.
  • 4
    Mix rice polish sausages and italian sausage mixture together with all your seasonings.
