Dad's Firehouse Pork Chops

- bone in pork chops
- 1 pkg
- 2 Tbsp
- spicy brown mustard
- black pepper
1First place 1/2 of the Sauerkraut in the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking pan
2Place Chops on top of Sauerkraut and brush with the Mustard, then sprinkle with Black Pepper.
3Place remaining Sauerkraut on top of chops and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for one hour. Uncover when there is 15 mins cook time left.
4This goes very well with Baked Potatoes and Green Beans.
