My husband loves this recipe. He was hesitant at first of this type of cooking. Now he loves it. Introduced by my son whose father is Spanish. By the way, my son is a wonderful cook.

1loaf of cuban bread

3/4lbcuban pork from deli

mustard

pickle chips

1/2 lbcheese, i use munster
How To Make cuban sandwiches

2cut bread to make sandwiches about 4 inches long. Butter outside of bread with butter. Spray a large skillet with spray. Put sandwich in skillet on medium heat. Brown on both sides while pushing down with something heavy like a cast iron skillet. Serve nice and toastie. Yum
