crockpot ham and potatoes

This is a good way to use leftover ham. It is very easy with a wonderful combination of flavors. You can make as much or as little as you need.

Ingredients For crockpot ham and potatoes

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 4-5
    med. potatoes (i prefer red)
  • ham slices
  • black pepper
  • 1
    onion, sliced

How To Make crockpot ham and potatoes

    Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Layer as listed: peeled, sliced potatoes, sliced onion, sliced ham pieces, spoon over 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, repeat layers. If you have any ham liquid, put on top. Pour in about 1/2 mushroom soup can of water. Cook on high until bubbly, about 30-45 minutes. Turn on low and cook until potatoes and onion are tender and liquid is thickened. (Add more water if liquid becomes too thick during cooking.)
