    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 c
    cubed, cooked ham
  • 1 can
    (15 oz) whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 sm
    green or colored bell pepper ( use jalapeno because i like the heat)
  • 1/2 md
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can
    (11 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make crockpot corn, ham and potato scallop

    Combine potatoes, ham, corn, green pepper and onion in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockpot; mix well.

    In a small bowl, combine soup, milk flour, and black pepper; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and stir gently to mix. Top with shredded cheese.

    Cover and cook on low setting for about 8 to 10 hours or until potatoes are tender.
