Ingredients

3 1/2 lb
pork shoulder butt
6 oz
tomato paste
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c
red wine
1 Tbsp
smoked paprika
1 Tbsp
salt
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
chili powder

Step-By-Step

1Trim as much fat off the pork shoulder as possible but don't worry about getting it all.

2Mix all your ingredients until everything is well blended.

3Place pork shoulder in the crock pot and pour your mixed ingredients over it then set to low for 8 hours.

4After 8 hours your pulled pork should fall apart easily in the crock pot by just using tongs to separate it.
