Ingredients

1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
1.5 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
2 Tbsp
oil
1 can(s)
chicken and rice soup

Step-By-Step

1Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder).
2Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
3Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides.
4Place in crockpot.
5Pour soup over chops.
6Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
